The Dragon Hotel in Hangzhou exceeded our expectations with its high quality services. The rooms may be small, but they are well-maintained and offer a range of great amenities. The linked bathrooms with fancy glass and automatic curtains are a unique feature that made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of choices, and we felt relaxed and calm in the clean rooms. we had a great experience during our 2-night stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is located in a peaceful area with tree, lined streets which is within walking distance of various restaurants. You can enjoy local food or Italian dishes in their restaurant. You can reach many sites in, and, around the city easily; however, the fitness center may not be up to par. the hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. They offer spacious rooms with modern gadgets and comfortable beds. They provide a great western, style breakfast with many options. the hotel is also home to a bar with great entertainment and drinks.
The money, counting machine might have some issues if your money is not in perfect shape.

The hotel is well-located, within walking distance of the West Lake park area, with tree-lined streets and nearby restaurants. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-decorated. The hotel offers hi-tech features such as key card access and clear signage. The Italian restaurant provides a good dining option, and the breakfast buffet has a wide and reasonable selection.
Some staff members lack English language skills, which can be a challenge for non-Chinese speaking guests.

During my recent city break, I stayed at a modern five-star hotel that had a lot of great features. The rooms were spacious and well decorated, with high-tech amenities like mobile room phones and electric curtains. The hotel also had an excellent Italian restaurant that offered great service and delicious food. Additionally, the hotel's buffet had a variety of tasty options for breakfast. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and convenience stores. They also had a tranquil reflection garden with a fish pond that was nice to wander around in.
There were some aspects of the hotel that were disappointing. The staff seemed to struggle with English and didn't always provide the best service. Additionally, the gym and swimming pool were under renovation during my stay, which was a major disappointment. though, my experience was positive and the hotel had many great features.
